We are not a bank and do not ourselves settle funds unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that your business operates lawfully in its jurisdiction.
Marketing statements such as "Everyone Gets Approved" reflect our high approval rate and our focus on hard-to-place businesses. They are not a guarantee of approval. All applications are subject to underwriting, review, and the requirements of our processing partners. Final pricing, reserves, and terms are confirmed during onboarding and may vary based on your risk profile.
Any rates, platform fees, or reserves shown on our website are illustrative and not a binding quote. Your actual fees will be set out in the agreement you enter into during onboarding.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or for any business or activity prohibited by applicable law, card network rules, or our processing partners. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your business.
Payment processing is provided by third parties under their own terms and agreements. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, or availability of those third parties.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Ridge Payments will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our website or services.
